This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or in Puerto Rico.

 

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to PAW:20, LLC, PO Box 3991, Sedona, AZ 86430, whose Instagram and Facebook handles are @paw20pettoys. The "Prize" refers to two (2) Fandango movie tickets, one (1) Strays bandana, one (1) Strays tennis ball, one (1) Strays frisbee, one (1) Strays poop bag dispenser, one (1) PAW:20 MJ the Weed Leaf Dog Toy, one (1) PAW:20 Mary Jane the Weed Leaf Dog Toy, one (1) PAW:20 B the Blunt Dog Toy, and one (1) PAW:20 Bo da Bong Dog Toy.
 

By entering the sweepstakes you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MST on August 31, 2023. Three (3) winners in the United States will be selected at random by The Promoter on September 1, 2023 and the winners will be notified on or after this date.

The Promoters sweepstakes with entry via Instagram, Facebook or via www.paw20pettoys.com/straysmovie is open only to residents of the United States. Three (3) winners will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.
 

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
 

Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the sweepstakes.
 

Each entrant shall enter the sweepstakes via Instagram or Facebook by tagging two (2) other users in the comments of the specified post by @paw20pettoys, liking the specified post and following this Instagram or Facebook profile. Entries will also be accepted by entering your email address on The Promoter’s webpage, www.paw20pettoys.com/straysmovie. Any one of these actions will constitute a single entry. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

 

The Prize will be awarded to Three (3) randomly selected winners who have entered on Instagram, Facebook or via paw20pettoys.com/straysmovie. No mode of entry has a greater chance of winning than another. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
 

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the sweepstakes or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the sweepstakes or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
 

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
 

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.​
 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
 

The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
 

The winners name and social media username may be posted on any and all social media profiles of The Promoter after the winners have been selected.
