How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship via USPS within 48 hours and arrive within 3-7 mail days.
Do you accept returns?

Return are accepted for new, unused toys with all tags intact. Return shipping is at buyers expense. Clothings, bowls, bandanas and beds are NOT returnable unless defective. In the event the item is damaged in shipping, manufactured improperly or the customer received the wrong item, we WILL exchange the item for the identical item. Please see our full return policy.
How much is shipping?

Why do your PAW:20 toys have tags?

Our PAW:20 toys have tags not only for branding, but also because our dogs love them like kids love cardboard boxes! The tags seem to be fun for most dogs. If you would like to remove it, we understand. Please do not pull the tag off. Carefully cut as close as possible with scissors being careful not to get too close to the seams or fabric.
